Meet and exceed the sales forecast in the assigned territory by cultivating relationships with surgeons and facilities to achieve sales growth across all product platforms.
Description of Duties/Qualifications Position will be held in Santa Barbara,CA or Sacramento,CA.

Responsibilities:
Able to build trust, analyze selling scenarios, and determine the best course of action to attain commitment from the customer for the utilization of products and services.
Attend surgical cases in the operating room routinely to train surgeons and operating room staff regarding the use of STB tissues/products.
Proficient in one on one selling to surgeons in the clinic and the operating room.
Must have the ability to effectively and efficietly manage a surgery schedule, sales calls, and territory maintenance.
Must be able to independently formulate and implement a performance based sales strategy focusing on targeting, attaining commitment, resulting in sustained sales growth.
Has the general knowledge of the role of a procedure specific operating room sales representative and must be comfortable in the operating room setting.
Will work with the STB Allograft Consultant in the territory on shared responsibilities such as tissue maintenance, Customer One contracts and sales support.
Prepare and give sales presentations on existing and new STB products and services to key surgeons and hospital personnel to generate increased sales and maintain existing business.
Must be able to assist management in the preparation and presentation of proposals to facilities Seek out opportunities to increase personal level of knowledge on all aspects of the sports medicine industry.
Complete administrative duties on time, including reports, marketing surveys, and other assignments.
Attend out of town tradeshows and meetings as needed.
Assist on special projects and perform additional duties as assigned.
Work experience requirements:
Minimum of three years' sales experience detailing surgical implantable devices or surgical disposables in the assigned territory to Orthopedic surgeons and hospital operating rooms OR 2 years general sales experience in addition to a minimum of one year as an STB Product Specialist within the Sports Medicine Division.
Documented sales success in generating new sales and maintaining existing business in accounts.
Education requirements:
Bachelor?s Degree from an accredited college or university.
