LPN/LVN HH - Community Health Systems (wichitafalls, TX)
Title:
LPN/LVN HH Provision of nursing services in accordance with applicable state licensure status, and in compliance with agency policies and procedures, applicable health care standards, and governmental laws and regulations.
These services are performed in accordance with the physicians orders and under the direction and supervision of an RN or Director of Patient Services.
Education:
Licensed Practical Nurse or Licensed vocational Nurse in the State of Practice,
Experience:
Minimum of two years of clinical experience in the hospital setting, or skilled nursing facility required, and 1 year home healthcare nursing experience preferred.
Licenses/Certificates:
Must have reliable transportation, current drivers license, and proof of current auto insurance.
Possess current CPR license.
Current LPN/LVN license in state of practice.
