Install Technician
A local, and growing, ISP/Telecom is looking for Install Technicians.
Job Description:
-Drive in Utah and Salt Lake Counties to Commercial and Residential installs and trouble calls.
-Install Telephone and Internet equipment orderly and be able to program and troubleshoot problems.
-Terminate, tone and run copper cabling for Telephone, Internet, T-1 and similar services.
Skills Required:
-Knowledge about and experience working with Ethernet(Cat5), Telephone(POTS), Fiber Optic and COAX cabling.
-Knowledge and ability to configure and test equipment for Telephone and Internet services.
-Ability to work with customers and fellow Technicians to install new services, repair existing services and take care of our customers in a professional manner.
-Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
-Residential and Commercial wiring is a plus.
-Customer Service & Communication skills are required.
-A Clean driving record is required.
