CSR/Account Manager
Fast paced Insurance Brokerage is looking for a committed individual to excel in their Personal Lines Department and assist in maintaining existing and new client base.
Must be a self-starter with strong customer service and underwriter communication skills with minimal training with TAM 10.0 or higher and knowledge of carrier websites: Travelers, Safeco, Allied, Hartford, Progressive etc. and also have problem solving ability.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
:
Valid California P/C Insurance License (Mandatory)
Comfortable/some experience with scanning, Outlook Email and Microsoft Office
Good time management and organizational skills
Good phone skills when addressing client and company needs
Team player with an outgoing and friendly personality
