Summary:
Provides assistance to the Founder of Morinda Holdings, Inc., and creates and maintains a favorable public image for the organization by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Work directly with one of the founders of Morinda.
Coordinates all travel arrangements
Works as travel administrator to make sure the policy is enforced
Assist with administrative tasks such as answering calls, answering emails, filing, administrative projects, and communication with other departments and foreign offices.
Organize meetings/conferences and take minutes.
Remain current on all projects, and also maintain/organize files and documents
Work on complex assignments.
Assists with Human Resources responsiblities
Compile reports.
Create PowerPoint presentations and Excel spreadsheets.
Handle highly sensitive and confidential information in a responsible manner.
Provide assistance to other executives as needed.
Any other duties and/or responsibilities as assigned.
Bachelor's degree plus 2-4 years related or six years related experience.
Requires good telephone skills.
Requires typing of at least 60
wpm.
Requires excellent verbal and letter writing communication skills.
Requires excellent organizational skills; must be detail oriented and able to multi-task.
Requires strong interpersonal skills and must be pro-active.
Must have positive attitude.
Must be able to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Requires strong organization skills and excellent time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
Ability to see unmet needs and routines that need standard operating procedures and then create them.
Must be able to self-manage and anticipate the executive's needs.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
