Marketing Events Intern

The ideal candidate will have experience with a variety of administrative and executive support-related tasks and demonstrate the ability to work independently with little or no supervision. Responsibilities:
Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, and follow through on issues in a timely manner
Verify and keep records on incoming and outgoing shipments and prepare items for shipment
Work closely planning and executing large events and trade shows
Create documents and reports as needed, perform manual data entry when required
Conduct research as needed
Support marketing and trade show campaigns
Run errands and make purchases as needed
Help arrange event logistics, travel schedules, and reservations as needed
Required Skills and
Experience:
Experience with logistics management, (e.g., trade shows & business conferences) is preferred
Proficiency with all basic office systems (phones, email, word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, software, etc.)
Excellent time management and organizational skills
A professional, positive attitude and the ability to be productive and self-motivated is essential
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, whether in writing, on the phone, or in person
Proven experience working successfully and collaboratively within a team
Rolling up your sleeves and doing anything and everything it takes to accomplish projects
Occasional lifting required (up to 50 lbs.)
Access to your own vehicle is required. Mileage for errands, etc. will be reimbursed.
Base Wage/Salary:
$10 per hour
Work Schedule and Location:
Part-time (20 hours)
Monday - Friday
Lehi, UT office

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
