General Clerical
The Scoular Company has an opportunity for a General Clerical in Ogden, UT. This temporary position will be responsible for proper control procedures. The hours are flexible and could possibly lead to part-time or full-time employment.
Primary Job Responsibilities
Data entry of scale tickets.
Data entry of freight transactions and contract confirmations into the AS400.
Assist merchandiser with accounting responsibilities to ensure prompt payment of invoices. Assist in AR, AP, and freight related information.
Provide customer support as well as communicate with customers about their invoices.
Filing, mail, and phone answering.
Minimum Requirements
1+years of office experience
Strong communication and listening skills
Ability to perform tasks with a high level of detail and accuracy
Ability to do repetitive tasks
Excellent customer-service focus
-Pay varies by experience
