Marketing and Sales Assistant

JOB STATEMENT
This position will have responsibility for supporting marketing and trade show initiatives for the company's product lines. Additionally, this position will support the internal and external sales force.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Assist in coordinating all tradeshow functions including scheduling, registrations, booth and supplies, shipping, air travel, signage, and more
Coordinate data entry of sales leads information
Manage and track product demo units and marketing material distribution
Provide support for Marketing Department including some writing and editing, design input, interface with Sales Manager and sales representatives
Be responsible for updating and maintaining dealer agreements and files
Be responsible for social media presence for company, including blogging, etc
Assist with company's website maintenance
Coordinate humanitarian efforts for the company
Collaborate with marketing team on video production and dissemination
Provide some Administrative Assistance for upper management
Additional duties as requested by management
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Highly organized and efficient, with a strategic creativity mindset
Strong multi-tasking skills, do-whatever-it takes/team player attitude, proactive
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Outlook
Ability to quickly learn company-specific software and processes
Highly professional written and verbal communication skills
ADDITIONAL PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience using social media for marketing
Experience in trade show management
Marketing Communication education and/or experience

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
