Inside Sales Representative
The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for closing sales over the phone. All of our leads are transfers and referrals, NO COLD CALLING. Flexible monitoring rates and packages can be sold allowing you to make more sales on commissions. Guaranteed base of $8.00 per hour plus a competitive commission structure.
To be considered for the Inside Sales Representative role, you must have an extremely outgoing personality and a demonstrated ability to handle and overcome objections. Due to the nature of the role, the Inside Sales Representative must have a strong drive and a willingness to always go the extra mile to complete the sale.
The ideal applicant for this position will possess the following qualities and
Qualifications:
High School education or equivalent
Excellent communications skills
High energy
Must have excellent time management skills
Communicate effectively and pursuasively over the phone
Previous alarm sales experience is a plus but not required.
