-Supervise various Line Lead employees
-Manage the personnel and day-to-day operations of multiple production lines
-Consistently meet daily production quantity and quality goals
-Handle all issues related to the production lines, including materials, line flow, and tracking
-Proficiency in English & Spanish communication
-Work experience as a lead operator on 1-3 lines
-Leadership/Management experience
-Detail Oriented
-Positive Attitude
-Dependable and flexible
