CSR Job Description
Do you have experience in customer support, mail order catalog and customer service! Are you a professional person interested in a full time job opportunity? Then you might be a great addition to the Arhaus Jewels team!
Arhaus Jewels is an ecommerce and mail order jewelry company with offices in San Francisco, Ohio and Utah. We are seeking experienced order customer service representatives to work in our Utah call center. These positions are for inbound calls only - no outbound sales calls.
Summary
Duties include processing complaints, completing requests for customers, and tracking customer package requests.
Resolves billing or service complaints and refers grievances to designated departments for investigation.
Completes and follows up on customer issues, prepares change of address records, and issues all order changes and updates, using computer and effective inner-office communication.
Determines charges for service requested and maintains customer database with detail and comprehensibility
Job Requirements
Highly motivated, confident, energetic, and positive attitude
Strong communication and presentation skills, along with listening ability
Exceptional work ethic, willing and eager to succeed - a driven self-starter
A high degree of honesty and integrity
Professional appearance and demeanor
Although none is required, some sales experience may be beneficial
Basic computer knowledge is required
Customer Service and Call Center experience a plus
Reliable transportation, valid driver's license
High School diploma or equivalent
Must pass all security background checks and drug test

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
