Marketing Assistant
Ultradent is looking for a Marketing Assistant to join our Global Marketing team in South Jordan, UT. As the Marketing Assistant you will work closely with brand managers conducting market research, providing analytical data, answering inquiries and supporting all aspects of brand marketing. The successful candidate will demonstrate a track record of resourcefulness, a positive, customer-friendly attitude, creativity and be a driven and detail-oriented individual.
Job duties include, but not limited to:
Market research
Reporting, data analysis
Attending meetings
Creating launch kits
Placing orders/shipping orders
Answering inquiries
Collaborating with brand manager and advertising on marketing collateral and videos
Monitoring web, print and email marketing pieces for accuracy
Coordinates with multiple departments
Administrative support
Writing and communication
Preparing presentations/presenting on occasion
Supporting company events for customers
Maintaining confidential information
Coordinating clinical evaluations
Special projects
Skills Required:
Detail oriented
High energy, self-starter and team player
Proficient in Microsoft Suite
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent writing and proofreading skills
Proven problem solving skills
Flexible
Experience/Schooling or Degree Required:
Associate Degree or equivalent to 5 plus years experience in an administrative support position
Experience in a manufacturing environment
Experience or exposure to sales and marketing
Experience with SharePoint and Oracle is a plus
