As a Sales Consultant, you will be speaking to pre-qualified customers who are interested in iTOK's services. Our customer leads are inbound, warm leads generated through marketing activities & partner relationships. You will identify customer needs then get customers set up with the iTOK service plan that best meets those needs. Computer proficient
Sales experience; Prefer at least 1-2 years of inside sales experience
Honest and ethical sales practices with a drive to succeed and set new records
Solid communication, problem solving skills, time management, organization, and multitasking abilities
Track record of success in past employment
Comfortable working on the phone with customers in a high-volume call center environment
Ability to listen to customer challenges and issues, provide assistance towards a potential resolution, and drive overall sales
Must pass a background check
