Front Desk Agent
All Seasons Resort Lodging is seeking a Front Desk Agent to join their Sundial Lodge guest services team at the Canyons Resort. As a Front Desk Agent your responsibilities will be to welcome guests upon arrival at our resort. You must be outgoing, professional and energetic as you will be the first person who greets our guests and owners. This position provides high quality guest service with responsibilities that include check-in and check-out, coordinating reservations, and providing helpful information to accommodate requests and needs by guests. The candidate we are looking for will work comfortably in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a confident attitude to leave an outstanding impression with our guest.

Responsibilities:
Provide consistent and professional guest services, while performing necessary duties of the front desk operation.
Answer concierge related inquiries pertaining to hotel services, activities, shopping, dining, and travel directions.
Respond appropriately and in a timely manner to guest needs, special requests and concerns.
Communicate and coordinate guest complaints with the appropriate department and/or manager and follow-up accordingly.
Assist other team members with various interdepartmental assignments.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous guest services and/or front desk experience preferred but not required.
Must be flexible in hours and days worked - weekends included.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with many types of personalities.
Proficiency in the use of windows-based computer programs, including MS Word and Excel.
Must be able to operate basic office machines, i.e. copier, fax, printer, etc.
Display very good organization and time-management skills.
Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift and/or carry 25-50 lbs.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required.
