Restaurant General Manager
Award winning fine dining restaurant in the Park City area is seeking an experienced, dependable, professional General Manager with a proven tenure in the industry with at least 3-5 years of successfully managing at the Senior or General Manager level in medium to high volume FINE DINING establishment. Stable tenure with previous employer is a must.
3-5 years of management experience in a fine dining environment
Build restaurant sales through development of sales team, proactive table visits and being an active member of the community
Resolve guest issues quickly and sensitively to ensure our guests have a positive dining experience
Ensure restaurant food quality by completing thorough line checks and tasting/testing food on a consistent basis
Prepare appropriate work schedules for hospitality staff based on projected business volume
Work closely with the management team to operate within budget and monitor P&L monthly to ensure the highest returns to ownership
Motivate, support and effectively communicate with staff during pre-shift meetings
