Insurance Agent
Are you tired of giving up most of your commission and not having any ownership? We are looking for producers who are self starters, able to service their own clients, are trying to build a business they own but don't have the markets and would like to receive 75% of the commission each & every year. How are we able to pay such a high commission? It is because you do the work and we furnish the companies. You may leave the agency at anytime with your book of business with no penalties. We provide training to learn the quoting systems of the many A-rated insurance companies we write for.
You must be have insurance knowledge and the ability to work on your own. P&C license required. Life license is preferred but not required. You must be a good honest underwriter. The only reason we would terminate you as an agent for us would be dishonesty and a bad-bad loss ratio. Even then you may take the business you wrote with you.
You will also need to know how to find and produce new business. The agency has lead options available.
This is your business!! We will not babysit you!! Our goal is to have you one day branch off and run your own agency!!
