Maintenance Technician Hillcrest Rental Properties Hillcrest Educational Centers, Inc., is seeking a Maintenance Technician/Handy Man to work approximately 20 hours per month maintaining our rental properties. This person is responsible for maintaining the interior and exterior grounds of Hillcrest Educational Centers owned houses . Responsibilities include ensuring that the houses interior and exterior grounds meet our standard of quality by cleaning the halls and common areas, performing minor building maintenance, assisting with room turns and upkeep of the grounds.
