Assistance to the Practice Manager
Establish, build and nurture relationships with clients and patients that will result in strong levels of satisfaction, patient referrals and financial success for you and the practice
Interface with clients
Coordination and scheduling of consultations
Maintain and refine an appropriate client contact protocol for scheduled consultations
Closely track all leads in lead tracking system in a timely manner
Design/develop/implement patient outreach program Proactively call, contact or otherwise communicate with prospects in a timely manner
Closely track and update important leads, potential clients, generate weekly and monthly reports from the CRM
Closely track your performance against important company goals,
Provide reports Practice Manager as identified and needed to help better run our practice, spot trends and be responsive to the needs of our clients,
Cross or up-selling
Develop/implement plans to drive new business from current and prospective clients
Identify strategies to generate new awareness/revenue for the practice
Consultations with our clients for Breast Augmentation, Botox, Tummy Tucks, CoolSculpting and much more.
Marketing/Customer Service Experience Necessary.
Professional, attractive, warm, friendly, organized adult with an ambition to build the practice and take care of our clients. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with medical experience to help grow our business. Must be willing to help in all facets of a medical office as well as market the surgeon and the practice for repeat clients and new leads. We will be exploding in the media in the next 30 days and need the woman power to manage that publicity.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
