The Salt Lake City office is expanding its Recruitment Team by adding Junior Sales Recruiters. The position is responsible for identifying, and engaging Clients & Recruits to develop new business relationships.
We provide onsite training and ongoing career support utilizing the proven SRA/Next Level Exchange training methods. You will receive weekly coaching and feedback.
We offer unlimited access to the Best Training Courses in the World, through our Partnership with Next Level Exchange. Initial Training will be self-paced; and advanced training will be facilitated once initial success benchmarks are met.
The position is a Business Development/Sales role. During your first weeks you will be immersed in the business. The role takes focus, energy, enthusiasm and stamina! Your performance will be judged based on your ability to pick up the phone and sell SRA's World Class Staffing Services.
Key indicators for success will be your natural ability to have meaningful conversations with key talent and high level management in well-known and respected businesses in Utah and surrounding states.

Sales experience; Prefer at least 6 months of sales experience
High level of professionalism, honesty, and drive, with a passion to excel
Excellent communication, problem solving skills, time management, organization, and multi-tasking abilities
Demonstrated success attaining and exceeding production goals
Comfortable working on the phone
Ability to listen to clients challenges and issues, provide assistance towards solutions
Stable, relevant work history
Must pass a background check and drug screen
