Product Development Manager (Reporting)
Property Solutions is a rocket ship in the apartment industry's B2B SAAS space. We thrive on change and continual improvement, which has caused us to lead a paradigm shift in our industry and left our competitors shaking in their boots. We are seeking a Product Development Manager who will help us continue this effort. Your role in this position is to manage the creation and maintenance of Property Solutions' software solutions. You will work closely with clients, internal managers, user experience designers, architects, and other product development managers, in addition to managing one or more offshore development teams (located in Pune, India).
Requirements:

years of software product development or custom website development experience
Solid accounting knowledge and experience with business reporting requirements.
Work with the IT Applications and Business Intelligence teams to help deliver reporting solutions
Validate and translate high level business requirements into detailed reporting requirements
Gap analysis for existing reporting solutions
Create functional specifications for reporting solutions that leverage existing reporting tools and data warehouses.
Data mapping
Help drive operational reporting strategy
Conversant in web programming languages and technologies (Ability to code HTML, CSS, JS, PHP and SQL is a huge plus)
Experience working in an agile development environment (Product Owner/Scrum Master)
A love of technology and how it can improve the life of its users
Bachelor of Science in a field related to business or technology (or equivalent experience)
Experience in developing B2B SaaS products is a plus
Experience in the multi-family housing industry is a plus
Ability to travel to India for 3 weeks, once per year
Job Details:
Annual Salary: $60 - 100K/year DOE
