We are looking for a Lead Product Manager to drive the evolution of our payments platform Dapper by providing safe and secure experiences to our growing global user base. Define and execute on our risk roadmap in close collaboration with engineering, design, compliance, fraud, and other partners across the company Accelerate Dapper's growth as a trusted payment platform by developing innovative capabilities that enable fast growth and scalability of our products while mitigating payments risks and ensuring compliance for both our business and partners Work with a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and fraud analysts to put in place tools, programs and reporting that identify, analyze and prevent fraudulent activities and behaviour Develop and track clear metrics to assess the success and performance of product and team, and support effective decision making Conduct and leverage market analysis, user research and data analysis to define customer needs and experiences, translate them in clear requirements and iterate rapidly through strategic experiments Coordinate and execute as a cross-functional leader and run an efficient build-measure-learn development agile cycle, with clear prioritization criteria A little about you:

years of digital product management experience, building both front and back-end capabilities 3
years of experience developing fraud and compliance payment capabilities that offer a great customer experience in regulated environments Experience scaling products through constant learning and experimentation, in fast-paced and rapidly changing industries Strong analytical and problems-solving skills, matched with the ability to tell a story with the data Ability to think strategically, learn quickly, prioritize effectively and succeed in fast-paced and uncertain environments while acting autonomously More about Dapper Labs:

Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Brand Marketing & Management, Technical Product ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
