Summary:
The person hired for the position of Process Engineer will support the TSSD business in the Brownwood, TX manufacturing facility.
Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Leads Technical Teams between Brownwood and RM suppliers :
Leads Lean Six Sigma Teams to improve yields, reduce costs, improve productivity and efficiency :
Support NPI for the assigned businesses :
Communicate at all levels of the Organization to drive positive change and improvement Basic
Qualifications:
:
Bachelors degree or higher in a Science and/or Engineering discipline from an accredited university :
Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience Preferred
Qualifications:
:
Masters degree or higher in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent experience :
Experience in microreplication coating technologies :
Experience in coating and 3D patterning methods (microreplication, lithography, plating, vapor deposition, micromolding, etc.
) :
Experience leading a cross functional teams :
Experience with Lean Six Sigma tools :
Experience with Statistical Process Control (SPC) and/or Minitab :
Good communication, both verbal and written, influencing skills, and project management skills Travel:
