Requirement and Responsibilities include:
Maintaining installed services installed in a variety of capacities.
Maintenance includes all aspects of proactive maintenance, configuration management, upgrading/updating, and performance optimization.
-Troubleshoot support calls, monitor and support VoIP Network, answer technical questions for new customers, assist in setting up customer accounts, assist in setting up customer VoIP phones via phone Successful applicants will possess the following technical knowledge:
Understanding of Multiple hardware platforms.
Ability to generate and apply patch files, perform debug/backtrace work Requirements:
- Must be speak English fluently and be clearly spoken - Must have expert knowledge of networking monitoring and diagnosing tools such as putty, packet capture tools, etc.
- Deep understanding of Asterisk and popular interfaces such as Elastix, FreePBX, etc - Good understanding and experience with networking (routers, switches, etc) - At least three years' experience in a technical / network support role (and must include networking) - You must be comfortable with Linux, specifically network based Linux commands -Possess a high degree of professionalism, punctual and be able to adhere to company policies.
-Must speak English fluently Salary is $50K
