Company Description Windsor HR Services is an outsourced Human Resource Company supporting hundreds of small to medium companies throughout the United States.
Job Description Regional Account Executive for Southeast territory.
Main Tasks of the Job:
1.
Direct selling of security systems to end users and securing profitable orders.
Direct selling requires cold calling and face to face meetings with end users in order to secure the orders.
Must have working knowledge of CCTV systems.
2.
Follow the Company's target account selling system at all times, including the opportunity planning process and forecast qualification system.
3.
Log all customer interactions on the Company CRM system, SalesLogix as a minimum weekly, including the generation of opportunities and a fully qualified pipeline.
4.
Achieve sales revenue performance targets set by the company.
5.
Offer appropriate company products for each customer, when possible, offering additional product solutions.
7.
To develop a weekly sales activity / pipeline report of potential new business for Senior VP Sales and the Group Board of Directors.
9.
To prepare quotes and submit them for approval to the Senior VP Sales before submission to the prospect.
11.
To maintain all quote documentation.
12.
To conduct follow up visits to customer / prospects facilities.
13.
To submit weekly activity / call reports concerning customer-related activities for quotes, orders and problems involving customer / vendor relationships.

Job Details Department:
Sales Knowledge and Skills Highly competent in the use of standard office applications such as word or spreadsheets.
Strong knowledge and experience of computing technologies such as aspiration, IR, and beam based fire detection systems.
Strong experience in the use of a CRM system.
Demonstrated ability and experience in closing sales.
Internet savvy Personable personality High level of organizational skills Excellent communication skills including the ability to listen to customer needs and issues and develop a solution in a timely manner Be self-motivated and a self starter Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, clients and the general public.
Education, qualifications and specialist training Bachelors in Business or equivalent preferred Experience Additional Requirements Willingness to travel Self Motivated Possess excellent language skills Base Salary Range $80K
