Texas Home Health Hospice is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our hospice team.
As a part of this team, the CNA will:

Take and chart vital signs, reporting any and all changes.

Current CNA certification in the state of agency operation.
2.
Six (6) months or more experience in hospice or related field preferred.
4.
Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state and/or organization requirements and is in good working order.
