Responsibilities:
- Portray professionalism in house and over the phone - Create an incredible customer service experience for all.
- Handle all guests' questions and concerns professionally.
- Oversee daily appointment calendar and ensure schedule flows seamlessly throughout the day.
- Organize work environment, implement systems, and assist management with daily operations of the spa.
- Maintain the overall appearance of the spa and retail area daily, which includes cleaning and restocking.
Skills needed:
- Responsible, productive, and self-starting - Computer proficient.
- Excellent phone etiquette - Flexible availability, including nights and weekends - Excellent time management skills - Ability to manage a schedule and book appointments accordingly - Ability to work with others and forge relationships in order to build a strong team environment - Alert and attentive in a hectic and high-pressure environment - Superb time management skills.
- Work independently, as well as with others, without supervision.
