Company Description Job Description Job Duties Staffing Ensure proper staffing and store opening by reviewing each store's scheduling; ensures site managers and employee assignments are optimal; following up on work results.
Maintain stores staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
Maintain store staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining store managers and employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
Sales and Profitability Achieve financial objectives by executing annual operating plan and budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
Participate in monthly P&L review meetings with owner in which operating and financial statements and metrics are analyzed; execute action plans that emanate from such reviews.
Determine marketing/advertising strategy changes by reviewing operating and financial statements and departmental sales records.
Minimize theft and shrinkage by monitoring (and maintaining) security systems and control measures.
Operations Ensure store facilities and equipment are maintained/repaired, clean, inviting and capable serving customer needs.
Experience with cloud based POS and revenue streams that result from monthly payment plans and processing of ACH/EFT's.
Ensure employees and customers work/shop in a safe and clean store environment.
Maintain the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal and regulatory requirements.
Interact with vendors.
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks.
Maintain operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
Build and contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Skills/
Qualifications:
Two years retail management experience is required.
In addition, you must enjoy Multi-Tasking; have Sale and Sales Training Experience; and be 100% Customer Focused and Results driven.
Reliable transportation is required in order to travel to all sites.
The following are preferred:
HR/Payroll knowledge, POS Computer skills, P&L/Margin responsibility, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and We are an EOE.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
