Company Description Job Description Works closely with Integrate Product Teams (IPTs), project engineering, design engineering, certification, sales, and program management to ensure the reliability and maintainability of new and modified aircraft seating products in accordance with customer requirements and company standards.
Assists in developing engineering solutions to field support problems.

Technical leadership experience.
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
Experienced at designing and implementing test protocols to make quantitative reliability predictions such as Mean Time to Failure (MTTF).
Experienced utilizing Failure Mode and Effect Analyses (FMEA) in a product design environment.
A course of study with emphasis on numerical analysis and statistics, with knowledge of aeronautical systems, is desired.
Experience in interpreting engineering drawings and specifications is required.

S.
in Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace Engineering or a closely related engineering field or equivalent based on a combination of related education and related experience.
MS degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace Engineering, or a closely related field preferred.
Minimum of 3 - 7 years reliability engineering experience required (preferably, but not required, in an aerospace environment).
1-2 years minimum managerial or supervisory experience required.
Six-Sigma or Lean Certifications is preferred.
