We're looking for a Senior Support Engineer to join us in Austin and be part of a growing team that has one goal:

WOWing our customers by:
Paying close attention to detail when gathering customer information and crafting responses.
Your first response is the most important.
Remaining calm and working effectively with frustrated customers who have urgent issues.
Empathizing with your customer's situation and always asking yourself if the customer is having a good experience.
Being flexible around work hours in order to assist customer needs.
Working with development and product management teams to improve the product experience for our customers.
Most importantly, being a multiplier and teaching support engineers all of the above! Key Skills:
You're great fit if you have:

years programming or Java/J2EE troubleshooting experience OR 5
years support employment experience in a similar product environment Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent demonstrated experience.
Experience and/or familiarity with Distributed Version Control Systems (e.
g.
Git, Mercurial, etc.
).
In depth Operating Systems knowledge.
In depth experience with 1 or more Application Servers (e.
g.
Tomcat, Apache, WebSphere, JBoss etc.
).
In depth database and SQL experience.
Demonstrated ability to gather relevant information and diagnose issues effectively and efficiently.
Strong analytical skills, proven ability to solve problems and learn new technologies to continually evolve as a technical expert.
Ability to train and mentor other support engineers effectively.
Understanding of when to delegate and when to lead by example in order to challenge and motivate your team.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
