Employee will be responsible for the accurate and efficient weighing of trucks and passenger vehicles inbound and outbound from our facility.
Employee will be required to manage release numbers, and communicate with dispatch.
Employee will be responsible for organized and accurate record keeping of shipping and receiving documents of product inbound.
Weighmaster will be required to communicate with Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable to verify/reconcile product receipt and shipment Major Duties &
Responsibilities:
Weigh Trucks inbound/outbound with proprietary inventory management software Ship/Receive Truckloads into and out of inventory Manage Truck Release numbers Obtain/Communicate Truck Release Numbers with Dispatch Organize and File shipping/receiving documents Communicate and Assist A/R & A/P with load information Handling Cash Education Requirements:
HS Diploma Minimum Qualifications and Characteristics:
Strong computer skills Proficient verbal and written communication skills Personal Attributes:
Proactive Organized Timely Self-starting Physical Requirements Lift 30lbs Sitting for long periods Click here to apply.
