Primary
Responsibilities:
- Complete design of chemical grout injection plan including but not limited to determining solutions, developing estimates, writing scope of work and proposals.
- Subsurface data interpretation - Reading and interpreting Construction Design plans and specifications - Gathering project:
related data from various sources (AGC, REED, Blue Book, iSqFt, FedBizOpps, engineering consultants, architects, government agencies, etc.
) - Soliciting and Reviewing supplier, vendor and/or subcontractor quotes for accurate estimates - Project Cost Estimates - Project Proposals - Formal Design Submittals - Record Drawing Submittals - Technical Support for Business Development, Sales and Operations activities - Basic design of chemical grout injection plan, determining solutions, developing estimates and quotes.
- Develops solutions and assists in defense of project specifications.
- Initiates orders with Operations to ensure a seamless hand off of new orders.
- Works with the Operations and Business Development to insure that customer commitments are met.
- Reviews orders for scope, accuracy and completeness, clarifying information prior to delivery to Operations.
- May conduct product training for Business Development to increase their knowledge about the product positioning, specifications, pricing, product capabilities, construction and installation of the product.
- Assists Marketing to develop and implement marketing materials and strategies - Works with Business Development to actively develop (and continuously improve) the technical tools that support the product line.
- Participates in product development discussions to determine new products and product enhancements.
- Other duties as assigned.
