Assist in the overall direction and implementation of the TEAM Training programs :
Manage TEAM program budget, equipment reservation, and inventory :
Coordinate marketing and demonstration classes to support full attendance in all TEAM programs :
Manage TEAM program instructors and assist in hiring, mentoring, professional development, and Payroll Qualifications :
Four year degree in kinesiology, sports medicine, or related field preferred :
Two to three years of personal training and program design experience preferred or three to five years in Health and Fitness field :
Minimum of one nationally accredited Personal Training certification :
Experience teaching or participating in TEAM programs and heart rate training :
