Job Description:
Salary Range From 50,320 to 75,480 annually This position is a Band Code:
CS21 Specific Job Related Duties Develop, plan, and schedule the clinic work flow.
Implement and monitor approved policies and procedures, communicate changes to necessary staff.
Review, monitor, and revise procedures as appropriate.
Coordinate and integrate inter/intra department systems.
Track the flow of medical records and patient information through the clinic.
Maintain the physical resources for efficient, cost effective and safe environment.
Coordinate the maintenance and repairs of clinic area, equipment, and instruments.
Supervise and direct the clerical personnel.
Perform related duties as required.
Strong organization and computer skills preferred.
Successful applicant will have previous experience in healthcare management.
Excel and Word Must be willing to travel to other UTMB clinics as needed.
Preferred Work Experience Prefer UTMB work experience.
