Responsibilities:
Own the programming and control of the Moellers palletizer and hooder system Establish and monitor metrics for improving WPS equipment reliability and personnel productivity Evaluate and recommend the introduction of new and innovative packaging technologies and systems.
Oversee the implementation and/or installation of new packaging technologies by properly coordinating the activities of suppliers, plant packaging, purchasing and marketing.
Own and update the Training material and SOP's for the warehousing and packaging equipment and processes Lead 5S improvement activities for the packing, storage and shipping areas Assists in organizing and monitoring OQ inventories Own and manage the Asset Care activities for the WPS equipment and give priority for maintenance resources Implement and manage WPS related MOC's and PSSR's Job Requirements &
Experience:
3-5 Years Experience with Packaging and Palletizing Type Equipment Excellent problem solving skills for mechanical, electrical and process related problems Knowledge of warehousing, packing, shipping and inventory management practices.
Good understanding of plant capabilities, throughputs, and equipment cycle times.
Ability to be a self-starter and take initiative upon self to complete goals Educational
Qualifications:
