QA Manager:

Responsible for creating/implementing QA strategy and product release management for multiple environments :
Reviews, evaluates, and prepares periodic performance reports of staff :
Interfaces and consults with other managers within the organization to coordinate activities :
Participates in project review, development, and implementation process :
Responsible for resource planning, managing team workload, budget management including developing and maintaining annual budget :
Reviews new and updated processes and products as required :
Understands, plans for, and takes action on resource development initiatives.
Develops associates through coaching, objective setting, training, and performance monitoring and management.

Monitors and understands associates' performance over time and appropriately addresses performance plateaus or performance issues :
Conducts annual reviews and makes compensation decisions Qualifications
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent :

plus years working experience of testing methods, tools and techniques :
Strong understanding of QA testing within an Agile environment :
Strong understanding of Product Release Management :
Strong team:
oriented interpersonal skills :
Excellent verbal, written communication skills and judgment :
Strong analytical and organizational skills :
Demonstrated competency in resolving diverse and complex business problems :
