Responsibilities:
Direct and assist defense counsel in represented claims and disputed cases Negotiate resolution of litigated cases with opposing counsel Prepare formal file reports and special reports as necessary Respond to emergency situations as necessary Additional duties as assigned REQUIRED
Qualifications:
Associate s degree in Business, Human Resources or a related field 2-5
years experience as an adjuster responsible for administering Illinois Workers Compensation claims Previous experience in preparing claims for litigation This position is recruited for by a remote Kelly office, not your local Kelly branch.
