Process Engineer
As the Process Engineer, you'll have the opportunity to:
Lead cost improvement projects in quality and productivity.
Prepare and implement capital improvement projects and actively participate in the development of lean processes.

o Developing standard work instructions o Develop production process goals designed to meet sales and budgeted targets o Complete process improvement projects designed to meet or exceed sales and budget goals o Work with production to resolve process/quality problems.
Qualifications:
A successful Process Engineer will have:
o 4 year engineering degree o 2 or more years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment o GD&T, APQP, and Product Design / Launch experience preferred o Lean Manufacturing experience o MiniTab experience preferred o Experience with compression molding preferred o Experience in steel stamping or processing preferred o Excellent verbal and written communication skills o Training
Experience:
leading and facilitating o Ability to work in a cross functional team environment o Strong ability to drive change o Process Improvement of ERP Systems o Past experience in a Facilities Engineer role strongly preferred o Previous experience in Supervisory role leading teams Click here to apply.
