Will bring experience in polymers, as well as experience in a highly automated assembly environment.
No management experience is required, but you have 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, along with a degree or diploma in chemical or materials engineering.
Position Description:
Will be responsible for manufacturing document control, new product introduction, manufacturing process development and sustaining product-engineering support in the electroplating department.
Will work with vendors to determine product specifications, as well as plan and direct manufacturing processes while continuing to assist with analyzing work force utilization.
