Job Responsibilites:
Good knowledge and experience in the agricultural and construction equipment industry will be a great asset; Manage existing LEON staff; Recruiting and training new staff, dealers, and distributors; Develop promotional programs; Prepare business and strategic planning proposals; Knowledge of equipment financing for dealers and end-users; Participate in all job responsibilities in a hands-on fashion.
This leader must lead all aspects of the business within the parameters and growth objectives of the Company.
This position requires a lot of energy and self-motivation and will appeal to a 'builder' who shares a long term view of the Company.
The right person will know how to build an organization with dealer representation throughout the United States.
