Sales Analyst

Summary A sales analyst collects data related to sales, analyzes it, and finally reports to Sales management, in order to increase the sales of a company.
General Duties and
Responsibilities:
Prepares reports detailing a variety of conditions in the market to deliver to management.
Attains the big picture thinking; a real understanding of customers and the market, with the vision and ability to drive effective execution of initiatives and goals, both corporate and department.
Makes recommendations for changes in sales techniques or promotional efforts to improve sales performance.
Assists the management in the development and evaluation of rolling sales forecast and sales budget.
Evaluates the sales trends and records and evaluating performance calculated against sales quotas.
Outbound and inbound account management.
Evaluates chargeback reports.
Analyses product trending statistical information.
Utilizes the McKesson monthly product usage reports.
Responsible for maintenance and daily administration of database management Determines opportunities for the further expansion of the business, and lead the execution of such initiatives.
Creates sales orders.
Scans and files paper copies.
Captures of accurate and complete information in ERP.
Coordinates with the Sales Manager to ensure the delivery commitment to clients is met.
Cooperates with the Sales Manager and / or SVP Government Sales to determine strategic approaches for sales.
Maintains and expands the database of prospects of the organization.
(SYSPRO - CRM) Participates fully in product training sessions, meetings, skills training and professional development classes.
Handles cancellations or changes in sales order and communicates the changes with the related departments.
Ensures high level of customer satisfaction through prompt and courteous communication of open and closed order status.
Performs other related duties and special projects as assigned.

Education:
Master's degree & 4 years or more of business-related experience OR Bachelor's degree & 6 years or more of business-related experience OR Associate's degree & 8 years or more of business-related experience OR High school diploma / GED & 10 years or more of business-related experience Equipment:
Computer, telephone, and calculator.

Computer Skills:

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
