CA Chico Route Sales Representative Trainee - Schwan Food Company (Chico, CA)
Position Description Schwans is looking for a motivated Route Sales Representative who is eager to learn successful sales techniques which you will apply when taking upon your own route.
This is an exciting opportunity for a goal oriented sales person seeking an on the job training opportunity as you will work one on one with Managers, Trainers and our most successful Route Sales Representatives.
Once you complete Schwans impactful training, you will be assigned an established route where you will start to grow your sales while building rapport with our loyal customers.
Upon Completion of Training:
Grow your sales by generating new customers and servicing and selling to your existing base.
RSRT Compensation:
Total annual earnings of $40,000-$50,000 are expected, with many employees earning much more than that 2
years of Sales or Customer Service experience preferred Ability to pass Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements, including:
Drug Test Physical Background check You must be at least 21 years of age
