Responsible for:
supporting the Medical Services Department with reports, data analysis and application programming.
Assesses user s needs, develops specifications for collecting data from multiple systems, creates ad-hoc reports, DI-Diver models, documentation and trains users.
Knowledge and experience with healthcare data with emphasis on utilization review and management data.
Experience analyzing utilization, claims, encounter, and authorization data.
Prefer strong understanding of managed care environment and operations.
Minimum of 3 years experience working with DI-DIVER and creating DIVE plans.
Ability to complete work in a timely manner in a demanding environment.
