Non-Exempt Accountabilities and Responsibilities Reports and communicates with Director of Admissions (DOA) on all matters regarding new student recruitment and retention.
Meets new student recruitment targets as defined by the DOA.
Activity Productivity Enrollment Completion Referrals & Personally Developed Inquiries Builds Rapport and Understanding with prospects and applicants in order to assist them in pursuing a degree and realizing their academic goals.
Inquiry (lead) Management Reports Events Complies by the employee policy manual and regulations of accrediting bodies.
Qualities Ability to strategize to meet goal and targets.
Results oriented.
Self motivated and organized.
Good communication and customer services skills.
Ability to overcome objections.
Team player, positive personality.
Openness to change, growth and learning.
Credentials & Experience Minimum 2 years admissions recruitment or related experience.
Degree preferred.
