General Job Duties Construction interns may be responsible for:
- Assisting in receiving inspections of materials and equipment - Troubleshooting engineering design, resolving issues with engineering and/or fabricator using formal field documentation processes - Develop construction work packages - Perform quantity takeoffs and assist in the preparation of field material requisitions - Completing and verifying quality documentation per inspection and test plans - Completing final system walk-downs, deficiency tracking and close-out - Working and coordinating with subcontractors Basic Qualifications - Currently enrolled in a four-year Bachelor of Science degree program in Construction Engineering, Construction Science, Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field from an accredited college or University - Completed at least one year of undergraduate studies in Construction Engineering, Construction Science, Construction Management or related field - Possess the eligibility to work and remain in the U.
