Title - Proccesor/Closer - Aerotek (Pensacola, FL)
Requirements:
-Must have general knowledge of real estate documents including, but not limited to deeds, mortgages, probate documents, etc.
-Must have a high level of determination and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
-Must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in Processing -Must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in Closing -Must be willing to submit to a background and credit check -Licensed Title Agent preferred -Must be a notary -Must have title experience -Strong interpersonal skills, positive attitude, strong self discipline, motivation to be successful, superior customer service, excellent communication skills, knowledge and experience with Short-Sale transactions.
