years of recent retail, restaurant or hospitality experience 1
years of recent experience at the management or supervisory level A Bachelor's Degree 5
years of recent retail, restaurant or hospitality management experience 2
years of recent experience as a salaried Store Manager, General Manager, or District Manager Ability to relocate a plus We expect a lot.
But we give a lot, too.
We'll be upfront; this exhilarating retail management career has an ever-changing schedule and a dynamic workload.
But our pay and benefits more than make up for it.
New Mates typically earn between $40,000 and $75,000a year (based on our 47.
5 hour work week).
In addition to a fun work environment, you can also expect two consecutive days off - a rarity with other retailers.
