Summary:
Essential Duties:
Actively pursues improvement of the medication-use process (ASHP PGY1 Outcome R1).
Exercises leadership and practice management skills (ASHP PGY1 Outcome R3).
Demonstrates project management skills in completing a major project (ASHP PGY1 Outcome R4).
Participants in the management of medical emergencies by attending Code Blues (ASHP PGY1 Outcome R5).
Enhances pharmaceutical care by contributing value-added service not normally staffed by the pharmacy department.
Attends and participates on various committees and teams.
Performs all clinical services as needed and as appropriate.
Functions as a staff pharmacist as needed and as appropriate.

Qualifications:
Education:
Graduation from an accredited school of pharmacy with a PharmD degree.
Licensure/Certification:
Experience/Pre-Requisites:
No hospital pharmacy experience required.
