The role will support external business partner engagements and service enablement efforts, within the IS organization. Focus on collaboration, connectivity, and service access enablement.
Oversee day to day operational tasks
Maintain in-depth knowledge of business requirements for services and track engagement until fulfilled
Facilitate the sourcing/sharing of IS resources within and between other IS organizations when necessary to meet business objectives
Developing scope, schedule, cost and resource estimates for business units requiring services for partner engagements.
Interact and report progress to senior business and IS leadership
Basic Qualifications Doctorate Degree OR Master's Degree & 3 years of Information Systems experience OR Bachelor's Degree & 5 years of Information Systems experience OR Associate's degree & 10 years of Information Systems experience OR High school diploma/GED & 12 years of Information Systems experience Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree
Experience in tracking and managing engagement efforts using SharePoint and ServiceNow.
Experience in developing and utilizing knowledge of other business processes supported by SAP including planning, forecasting, supplier management, contract manufacturing etc.
Has consultative skills and experience in engaging people throughout the organization.
Well organized and has managed several different tasks in parallel
Able to translate complex technology and business processes into actionable and understandable steps for successful execution of business capability delivery.

Has experience working in regulated environments and understand the processes to deliver solutions with agility and maintain compliance requirements.
Ability to cross-train peers within department and other IS organizations
Ability to build teams and operate across boundaries
Ability to translate strategies into tangible pragmatic executable plans
Experience in the pharmaceutical and/or healthcare industry
Exhibits an expert ability to impact and influence project outcomes.
Demonstrates expert skills in team leadership and conflict management
