Driver Recruiter Wanted - start immediately Are you an EXPERIENCED, DYNAMIC, ASSERTIVE Driver Recruiter We are a growing asset based company located near the Port of Los Angeles that delivers excellent transportation services to all 48 contiguous states.
We are looking for a recruiter who will add more Owner Operators to our expanding fleet.
Recruiter would be working out of our satellite office in Ontario, CA.

Responsibilities:
Interview applicants, determine qualifications and make sound decisions based on findings Establishes and maintains positive working relationship with prospective OOP Actively visit and recruit at truck rest stops, fueling stations, maintenance shops, truck parts shops, etc.
Answer incoming calls, make outgoing calls and respond to leads Qualifications & Experience MUST LIVE IN THE INLAND EMPIRE, ONTARIO, FONTANA AREA!! Experience in recruiting (3
years preferred) Bilingual (English / Spanish) Outgoing, self motivated and results driven Strong communication and organizational skills Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook We Offer:
Competitive weekly pay Benefits Bonuses.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
