TOTAL Communication with Customers, Management, and Parts Department Know how to CORRECTLY diagnose Know how to order ALL the CORRECT parts you need the first time Know how to repair or replace parts in a timely fashion Know how to explain what you have done to the Customer and the Service Manager Know how to correctly fill out your paperwork Skills/
